Justin got his start as a graphic designer as on-the-job-training at an Orange County-based musical instrument case company. He quickly moved to designing the companies catalogs, marketing collateral, tradeshow displays, and print advertisements. Within a year he was named Director of Sales and Marketing where he oversaw national sales reps and marketing initiatives.
In 1998, after earning his degree in graphic design, Justin launched his own creative agency. His goal has always been to help businesses of all sizes and shapes grow through consistent visual branding, creative campaigns, and effective messaging. After growing his agency, Justin accepted an offer in 2006 to sell the company to a larger agency and take on the role as VP Creative Services. But in 1998, as the economy took a dive, Justin left the agency to start Creatovision Design Group. The goal was to bring big agency experience and know-how to small business owners at a fair rate.
Creatovision has enjoyed more than a decade of healthy growth along with its client-base. Justin credits the success of Creatovision to finding the balance between giving the client what they want, and what they need. They are often two very different things. “We’re not interested in creating award-winning designs, we’re interested in creating the most effective designs that make our client’s phones ring. Repeat business from a happy client is more rewarding than any dusty plaque hanging on a wall.”
